Day 12 - The Galleria

Originally I had planned on us going to the galleria on a Saturday because they have these free Christmas themed puppet shows then, but we had to shuffle some of our activities around because of all of the sickness in our house and then today's cold weather.  So we ended up going there today after church.  No puppet show because it's Sunday, but Hunter had fun just taking it all in.  During lunch, we sat right by these escalators, and Hunter played by them all throughout the meal...

After lunch we went to look at the big Christmas tree and watch all of the ice skaters...

Even Charlotte liked watching the ice skaters...

At first Hunter was insistent on only watching the skaters, but after a couple of minutes he wanted to go out there.  As you can see, Charlotte was fading fast...

...so I told him we'd have to wait until next time.

About 5 minutes after that photo was taken, Char lost. it.  She cried nearly the whole way home.

Our verses tonight were Luke 2:13-14 "Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, 'Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.'"
