Big Boy Room or The most boring post you've ever read

Hunter's main birthday gift from mommy and daddy was new big boy furniture for his bedroom.

The big boy bed is reversible, so when he's old enough we can turn it upside down and he'll sleep up high like a bunk bed...

We got it from IKEA after travelling all over the entire DFW metroplex...seriously...actually if I'm being honest just the D part of the metroplex, but that is still enough to make you crazy. Then the box was too big for the car. Then when my dad took me 2 days later in his ginormo truck the bed was out of stock. Then when we finally got it there were about 1,000 pieces of wood. So James basically made this thing from scratch. Hunter really appreciates it though! And now in the morning he just walks into our room and says, "hi!" It's the best thing to wake up too:)

I forgot to take before pictures of his room, so this post has lost some of the potential dramatic effect of our Extreme Bedroom Makeover. Here's the after shots though...
